Ever cycled in a setting of heathland, forests and canals? Along beautiful routes that are also safe, flat, sheltered from the wind and well-signposted? The Antwerp Kempen region is a perfect place for a great day of cycling.

Equally fun are the stops along the way, including crossroads of canals, an impressive watchtower or a fresh local beer in the sun-drenched beer garden at a bicycle-friendly pub.

Follow one of the signposted theme routes – from the Strawberry Route to the Trappist Route or map out your own trip along the cycle junction network. Child’s play with the excellent cycling maps.
